Sunday Sermonette: belief in a tyrant

Sunday, Sweet Sunday, when the Voice of Reason resonates throughout the Land. Another Beauty by Robert Green Ingersoll, the great nineteenth century Republican speechwriter (yes, truly) and eloquent freethinker, who must be rolling in his grave considering the speeches written for the current Republican nutcase in the White House:

"There can be but little liberty on earth while men worship a tyrant in heaven."
