Carnival of the Libruls

Carnivals are an established practice in the blogosphere. They come in all sizes, shapes and flavors. They are a sort of annotated link fest on a particular theme, with the ringmeister picking the best submitted links for everyone's delectation. They are a great way to discover new sites and voices.
