A container for eggs and a uterus

Thanks to Big Brass Blog I learned a woman was actually less than the proverbial Sugar and Spice. If you want the recipe, here it is, courtesy Senator Sam Brownback (R. - Kansas) and CongressThing Christopher Smith (R. - NJ), who each introduced legislation into their respective Caves called the Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act of 2005 (Senate Bill 51 and House Bill 356):
WOMAN- The term `woman' means a female human being who is capable of becoming pregnant, whether or not she has reached the age of majority.
That's it. Pretty simple, really. Eggs, a uterus and a container with some accessory support systems to keep them in a Persistent Vegetative State, waiting for their destiny.

Brownback had 33 co-sponsors for this gem, all Republicans (that means that 2/3 of all Republican Senators signed on to this). In the House, Smith had 115 co-sponsors, including the following 9 Democrats:
Rep. Jerry Costello [D-IL]
Rep. Lincoln Davis [D-TN]
Rep. Mark Green [D-WI]
Rep. Mike McIntyre [D-NC]
Rep. Alan Mollohan [D-WV]
Rep. Collin Peterson [D-MN]
Rep. Nick Rahall [D-WV]
Rep. Bart Stupak [D-MI]
Rep. Gene Taylor [D-MS]
Since Brownback, Smith and company also believe marriage is solely between a man and a woman, we will need a definition of a man, along the same lines:
MAN: The term 'man' means a male human being capable of making a female human being pregnant, whether or not she has reached the age of majority.
I am sure such a statutory recognition of manhood will be welcomed by rapists and pedophiles.

Meanwhile, we must all wonder what female humans not capable of becoming pregnant should be called. Irrelevant?
